Parallels - Journeys into Contemporary Making
In partnership with The National Craft Initiative, the National Gallery of Victoria presents Parallels – Journeys into Contemporary Making an international event exploring the future of contemporary craft and design. Parallels asks world-leading speakers to share their stories, articulate new mindsets, and reveal the priorities and opportunities they see emerging for craft and design. This is an event created for anyone interested in understanding the new cultural and commercial landscape for contemporary making, or those interested in interpreting how local/global forces are reshaping the parallel (and convergent) worlds of craft and design. |
